1. About RosCar Jamaica
RosCar Jamaica is a car rental aggregator that allows customers to search, compare, and book vehicles provided by local and international car rental companies operating in Jamaica.
RosCar Jamaica helps customers find suitable rental offers and complete reservations. The rental vehicle itself is normally provided by the rental company shown in the booking confirmation.
The final rental agreement may be concluded directly between the customer and the selected rental company when the vehicle is collected.
2. Car Rental Locations
Rental cars may be available at airports, city locations, and other pickup points across Jamaica.
Depending on the selected rental company and offer, delivery of the vehicle to a hotel or another location within the city may also be available.
Available pickup and return locations are displayed during the booking process.
3. Available Rental Options

4. How to Book a Car
To rent a car through RosCar Jamaica, the customer normally needs to complete the following steps:
- Select the pickup and return locations.
- Select the pickup and return dates and times.
- Choose the preferred vehicle or vehicle class.
- Select available additional options such as no deposit, no credit card, insurance, full coverage, child seat, or additional driver.
- Enter the required driver and contact information.
- Review the rental conditions and total booking price.
- Confirm the reservation and make the required online payment.
5. Booking Payment
To confirm a reservation, customers are normally required to pay approximately 15% to 20% of the total rental price online during the booking process.
The exact amount of the online payment is displayed before the reservation is confirmed.
The remaining balance is usually paid directly to the rental company when the vehicle is collected. Depending on the selected offer, the remaining balance may be payable by cash, debit card, credit card, or another accepted payment method.
Customers should always check the payment conditions of the selected vehicle before completing the booking.
6. Booking Confirmation and Voucher
After the reservation has been successfully confirmed, a booking voucher will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

7. Vehicle Pickup
The customer must follow the pickup instructions provided in the booking voucher.

The customer may be required to present the booking voucher, passport or other accepted identification document, valid driving license, and an accepted payment method.
8. Driver Requirements
The main driver and any additional drivers must meet the age, driving experience, document, and license requirements established by the selected rental company.
Minimum age requirements may vary depending on the rental company, vehicle category, and location.
Some rental companies may also apply additional charges to young or senior drivers.
9. Driving License and Identification

18. Cancellation

If the free cancellation period has expired, part or all of the amount already paid may be non refundable according to the conditions of the reservation.
19. Changes to a Booking
Customers who need to change their rental dates, pickup location, vehicle, driver information, or other reservation details should contact RosCar Jamaica as early as possible.
Requested changes are subject to vehicle availability and the conditions of the rental company.
A change may result in a different rental price.
20. Late Pickup and No Show
The customer is responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup location at the time stated in the reservation.
If the customer expects to be late, the rental company should be contacted using the information provided in the voucher.
Failure to collect the vehicle without prior notice may be treated as a no show. In such cases, payments already made may not be refundable depending on the rental conditions.
21. Flight Delays
If airport pickup is selected, customers should provide accurate flight information when requested.
If a flight is delayed, the customer should contact the rental company as soon as possible. The rental company will determine whether the vehicle can be held until the customer’s arrival.
22. Fuel Policy
The applicable fuel policy is determined by the selected rental company and should be stated in the rental conditions or booking voucher.
The customer is responsible for returning the vehicle with the required fuel level. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than required.
23. Vehicle Inspection
Customers should inspect the vehicle when collecting it and make sure that any existing damage is recorded in the rental agreement or vehicle inspection document.
The customer should also inspect the vehicle when returning it and follow the rental company’s return procedure.
24. Use of the Rental Vehicle
The rental vehicle must be used responsibly and in accordance with Jamaican law, the rental agreement, and the conditions established by the rental company.
The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, unauthorized racing, dangerous driving, or other purposes prohibited by the rental agreement.

26. Accidents, Damage, and Theft
In the event of an accident, damage, theft, or another incident involving the rental vehicle, the customer must follow the instructions of the rental company and contact the appropriate authorities when required.
The customer should notify the rental company as soon as possible and provide any documents required under the rental agreement or insurance conditions.
27. Rental Company Conditions
Each rental company available through RosCar Jamaica may have its own terms and conditions regarding deposits, payment methods, driver age, driving experience, insurance, mileage, fuel, cancellations, vehicle use, and other rental requirements.
The conditions of the specific rental company and selected offer form an important part of the customer’s reservation.
28. Role of RosCar Jamaica
RosCar Jamaica provides an online platform that helps customers search for and book vehicles offered by local and international rental companies.
RosCar Jamaica does not normally own or operate the vehicles displayed on the website.
The selected rental company is responsible for providing the vehicle and performing the rental service according to the confirmed booking and its rental agreement.
29. Information on the Website
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about vehicles, prices, rental conditions, locations, and additional services.
However, certain information is provided by rental companies and may be updated or changed.
The final conditions applicable to a reservation are those displayed during booking, confirmed in the booking voucher, or included in the rental agreement with the selected rental company.
30. Website Availability
We aim to keep the RosCar Jamaica website available and operating correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, third party services, network issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
31. Customer Responsibilities

This includes correct contact information, driver details, rental dates, pickup information, and flight details where applicable.
RosCar Jamaica and the rental company may not be responsible for problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
32. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RosCar Jamaica is not responsible for losses resulting from actions or omissions of independent rental companies, including vehicle availability, vehicle condition, service at pickup, additional charges imposed under the rental agreement, or failure by the customer to comply with supplier conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
33. Privacy
Personal information submitted through RosCar Jamaica is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Information necessary to complete a booking may be shared with the selected rental company and relevant service providers.
34. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
RosCar Jamaica may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our services, booking processes, supplier relationships, or applicable legal requirements.
